Greetings to all -- Fall is here and we have several members taking the drive to Eureka Springs Corvette Weekend. It should be a fun weekend with lots and lots of corvettes. Drive Safely!
I don't even know how to begin--so here it goes. When we left Benton at 6:30 am we had 5 cars traveling in our caravan. About 8 am we made our first stop and met our five Texas travelers in a light rain fall. That did not dampen our spirits though and we were heading to Little Rock where Doc and Al joined us on I-430. It could not have been any better meeting everyone as planned. We now have 10 Corvettes traveling together and the looks we could not help but receive with that many corvettes in a line.
Yes, half the year is gone and the long hot summer is here. We have some great events scheduled for July and August, not to mention our club's annual Corvette Revue, Sept. 5 & 6. "WE NEED HELP" - live bodies. Participation forms in the different areas will be passed around at our monthly club meeting. Also, don't forget to bring your registration form with you to the meeting.
Well, this pretty much is self promotion month since my birthday is at the end of the month, my car is featured, and you will see the huge picture of me with the Hooter Girls on the last page!
